The system allows administrators to track inventory, manage purchases and sales, update stock quantities, and generate reports on stock movements. By automating stock management, the system reduces errors, prevents stock shortages or overstocking, and ensures smooth business operations.

Existing System
Traditionally, trading businesses manage stock manually using paper registers or spreadsheets. This manual process makes it difficult to track inventory accurately, calculate stock levels, or monitor sales and purchases efficiently. Errors in stock calculation, delayed updates, and loss of records are common. Generating stock reports manually is time-consuming and prone to inaccuracies.

Proposed System

The proposed Trading Stock Management System in PHP automates inventory tracking and management. Administrators can add new stock items, update quantities for incoming and outgoing stock, and record sales and purchases. The system provides real-time stock level updates, generates invoices, and alerts for low stock. It also allows for generating detailed reports on stock movement, sales trends, and inventory valuation.
